Very Easy Guitar Tabs

Here are what I consider 3 very easy guitar tabs. If you're new to playing guitar tabs these songs are simple and easy to play. They should be familiar to you. The intro to Secret Agent Man is well known and once you get it  down you will get lots of attention just by playing the opening riff. The rest of the song is found in the Database Tabs links on this site.

My Girls is another very easy guitar tab. This song has been around awhile and everyone seems to know it. Play the opening riff and you'll get somebody singing.

I'm a huge Monkees fan. I've heard they were never real musicians but I don't care. Boyce and Hart, Carol King, Neil Diamond all wrote some great songs that the Monkees put on vinyl. None the less this is an easy guitar tab. Again this is just the opening riff.

to describe a simple way of explaining how to play a song.

This is sometimes as simple as writing out the chords.

You can tab a chord like this:

Tab more accurately describes writing out the melody

Sometimes you will see the chords written out if there

are lots of quick changes or complicated chords.

You can also show the tempo of a song a little better.

Secret Agent Man is lots of fun to play.
4/5 and the 5/6 means you slide from one string to the next.
